Support Through the Many Seasons of Life

Throughout the many seasons of life, it can be incredibly helpful to have a therapist as part of your support system.

I view each client as a person whose life I have the opportunity to join for however long we agree is helpful and beneficial. Having the support of a licensed professional therapist can provide a space to feel truly seen, gain insight and knowledge, and develop skills to navigate whatever life may entail.

My Background & Areas of Focus

I completed my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2012 and recently earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2026. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and am currently working toward full licensure as a psychologist.

My dissertation focused on postpartum anxiety, which is one of my areas of passion, but I enjoy working with a diverse range of people, experiences, and clinical concerns. I have the most experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and trauma.

My Approach to Therapy

I am trained in EMDR and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), but you’ll find me drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on the person and what they need.

I often lead from a humanistic, person-centered perspective, incorporating CBT and solution-focused techniques when helpful. I also value existential therapy and the space it creates to explore meaning, identity, relationships, and the bigger questions that often emerge throughout life.

Being Part of Your Journey

Whether you find yourself sitting across from me or sharing through a screen, I would love to be part of your journey.

I believe deeply in the value of each person I work with, and helping people better understand themselves, heal, and improve their lives is one of my greatest privileges.
