Therapy for Women Navigating Life’s Different Chapters

I’ve been a psychologist for more than 30 years, and one thing I’ve learned is that life rarely goes exactly according to plan. Sometimes you need someone who will listen, be honest with you, and help you see things from a different perspective.

The Clients I Work With

I especially enjoy working with people through all the different chapters of life. Maybe you’re trying to figure out who you are beyond being a parent, considering a career change, struggling in your marriage, adjusting to menopause, living with a chronic health condition, or trying to care for aging parents while still keeping up with your own life.

My Approach to Therapy

I’m down-to-earth, and I don’t believe therapy should feel stiff or overly clinical. I bring experience, curiosity, humor, and a practical approach to my work.

Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, build on your strengths, and find a path forward that feels right for you.

How Trilogy Counseling Began

I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship and creating something of my own. Over the years, I’ve opened solo practices in both Illinois and Arizona before eventually finding my way back to my hometown.

Back home, I combined my love of psychology, horses, and entrepreneurship to build an equine-assisted psychotherapy practice. That small practice eventually became the foundation for Trilogy Counseling.

Today, I’m proud to have grown Trilogy into a practice where I can bring together talented, compassionate therapists who genuinely care about the people they serve. Building this team and creating a place where both clients and therapists can feel supported has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career.
